The market opportunity for legal services our founder, Ben Halliwell sees, comes from his 25 years career int the finance sector. His experience informs a need to respond quickly, robustly, competently and ethically within a demanding but realistic time frame, for issues confronting boards and busy executives in finance and commerce. In the main, these challenges will arise in the context of seismic legislative change, quantum shifts in markets, national realignments, compliance, threats to reputation and innovative opportunities.
